Tank Cleaning Heads

Tank cleaning heads provide an automated cleaning solution for cleaning tanks and vessels with minimal human intervention. We have arranged for specialist cleaning heads which can be configured to achieve the removal of caked mud or sludge from the vessel.

Guptech’s Confined Space Safety is our Number One priority, and this has led us to continually train, update, and equip our personnel/operators in Confined Space Entry, the hazards and challenges related to confined space activities, and rescue equipment respectively.

Vessel & Tank Cleaning

Guptech is a professional tank and vessel cleaning company that deals with the Oil and Gas Tanks, using a world class technology in reducing Tank (confined space) entry especially when the explosive limit of the generated gas (CH4) in the tank is still high. For some specific type of tank, tank entry is a must as the depth and compartment of the tank bottom requires man entry, as such, a complete Breathing Apparatus shall be worn during entry and a bigger bottle shall be outside the tank for personnel consumption considering the time to climb in and out of the tank. Personnel are also required inside the tank to control the hose inside the tank for maximum efficiency.

Air Tank

We use the air loader vacuum pump unit to dislodge the Tank to its minimum sludge level, break the CH4 bond with water blasting of the entire wall of the tank before an attempt to enter the Tank for final cleaning and evacuation of final sludge after cleaning. The air loader pump is air operated with an air.
